Window Water Baby Moving may well be the first modern birth film, and the only pure art film in the genre. In 1959, experimental film maker, Stan Brakhage, filmed his wife during the birth of their first child.
Here’s more about the film at IMDB and at Wikipedia.

WHY IS THIS AGE-RESTRICTED!!!!!
Where is it age-restricted?
On youtube and literally everywhere else. I used to have a site that I can watch birth on, but now it is cut off from ALL nudity. Which is weird because you can still watch something like sex on that side but not birth I know shocking.
